Simply let us know which customers or prospects you wish to put on the program. We are able to bring this 12months/8 mailings program to you for $99 per customer or prospect that you subscribe.

The Mailing Pieces

Standard items in the program include the Amplifier (April & November) and the Corporation Relocation Survey Results (May). Note: STG customers will receive a different item for the May mailing. The remaining mailings are a mixture of Atlas information, which provides conversation points for you, and small gift items (we are careful to keep the value on the gift items at a level that would be acceptable to most company gift policies).

April/November
The Atlas Amplifier Magazine

Subscribed customers receive a copy of the Atlas Amplifier in April and November. This publication is a great way for us to share our latest news and industry initiatives with customers and prospects. The November 2006 issue announced Atlas Accel to our customers after it was formally launched at the 2006 Atlas Convention.

August
Stuffed Puppy

After a very successful introduction at the SHRM national conference in late June, our August mailing featured the new stuffed puppy designed exclusively for Atlas by Gund. The puppy was modeled after photos of our very own Sniffer taken during his first Atlas photo shoot. The puppy was a huge hit! The mailing included packaging and an enclosed card announcing the arrival of their new "Best Friend" in relocation.
May
The Results of the Atlas Corporate Relocation Survey

The May mailing features the results booklet for our annual Corporate Relocation Survey (STG accounts will receive a different item). The survey features valuable information on corporate relocation trends with a summary analysis and complete findings by question asked.

Free Music Download Card

Building on our 2006 "Best Friend" ad campaign, subscribed customers received a card for 3 free music downloads - what else would you expect from your "Best Friend" in relocation!
June
Best Friend Ad

In June 2006, customers received our latest national ad "Best Friend", printed on cover stock. The ad included notation of our booth location for the SHRM national conference held in late June. The mailing provided an opportunity to share the latest Atlas branding and build on our presence in national industry publications while introducing the Best Friend theme which was used throughout the year.
December
Skating Puppy Cookie Tin

In early December, subscribed customers received a custom designed Atlas "skating puppy" tin filled with gourmet cookies and brownies. The mailing included packaging and a holiday greeting card that carried the same theme. A huge hit with the subscribed customers!

 

The Packaging and Customization

Each mailing will include appropriate Atlas packaging and will identify you as the sender, e.g. a letter or note card. Most packages are sent first-class mail with the exception of one or two items when UPS is more economical. If we have a scanned copy of your signature on file, it will be included in the mailing when a letter is sent along with the item. Signatures are not used when a printed card is sent - but either way, your name and agency name will always be printed on the accompanying letter or card.


Your Notification of the Mailing

Agent subscribers will receive an e-mail notification one to two weeks prior to each mailing and again the day of the mailing alerting them of the mail-out date and will include graphics of the gift item. This will give agent subscribers an opportunity to schedule any follow-up with their corporate account customers and/or prospects.

Begin this annual program of eight mailings as soon as you like by subscribing for $99 per customer or prospect. The next scheduled mailing will be the first of eight.


Program Subscription Rules



The Atlas Direct Mail Program subscriptions are subject to an experience check with regard to "Existing Customers." With regard to prospects, all Atlas contract rules apply.


  • You cannot subscribe a customer if there is an existing Atlas contract or contract pending.
  • If there is no paperwork on file at Atlas headquarters, the contact is open.
  • Subscriptions to "open" accounts are on a first come, first served basis.
  • If your subscribed customer becomes an account of another agent during your subscription, you may transfer the remainder of your subscription to another account.
  • Once your order has been received and Atlas has completed an experience check, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your subscription. This process will be followed for each customer you wish to subscribe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew after eight mailings unless you instruct us to cancel. You will receive a notice prior to renewal along with the list of the subscriptions up for renewal.
